Does anyone know a good semi permanent blue hair dye at sally's?

i want it sort of bright where you can see it. just name a brand/color name that i can get there. i have naturally dark brown hair and dont want to bleach it so make sure its something that will still show. i really want some blue highlights.

Not gonna happen sister! If you have naturally dark brown hair ( it most likely has a gold undertone) without bleaching it you are just going to get a green tinted streak! Even if you do bleach it, to get a true blue you would have to lift the hair enough that the bleach moves past the gold and copper tones in your natural hair. So you are not adding blue to them and getting green or ashy streaks. even better don't do it at home go see someone. Matrix is making an awesome product now called.....prizim.plus which has great vibrant colors, even blue. A stylist would be able to help you achieve your blue streaks and tell you how to keep them up and you wouldn't have to stress frying your hair. Just find someone who knows what they are doing. Good luck to you and Have A Great Hair Day!
