Get a professional to do it, or if your tight on money buy the shade electric black at the drugstore, it doesn't really matter what brand you choose.

Electric Black looks black normally, but blue in the light.

I think Feria has blue black. If they don't try a salon. They have access to dyes that are way stronger than over the counter. They can probably get you a real blue-black with that chrome blue sheen that comes out in the sunlight. Call around to different salons in your area and ask them if they can do it.

I accidentally got a blue-black hairdye at Walmart. I forgot what brand it was, but it was called "Midnight Black".

My job was pretty angry..

If you go to a salon, ask them to put a blue Intensifier into the dye. Black is usually a blue-base, but an intensifier will make it show more. Keep in mind that blue is one of the fastest fading colours because the size of the molecules are larger than others. Also keep in mind that you cannot have permanent colours that are unnatural, like pink, blue, green, orange, etc, so the blue will eventually become less noticeable with time.

If you want it to look really blue-black, I recommend dying it black first, then use blue Manic Panic on top of the black dye.

Maybe try JAZZING its a color rinse by Clairol. Its temporary and semi permanent if you add heat. 99 BLUEST BLACK and maybe add some MOOD INDIGO for extra blue. http://www.thecreativestudio.com/main.js...
