Can i bleach and color my hair blue?

im asian and so i have thin straight hair. to tell the truth it already falls out a lot, but its kinda normal for me. right now i have black hair (naturally) but i am really determined to get blue streaks in my hair. im thinking of bleaching streaks in my hair and dyeing them blue with either blue color Raw or Manic Panic dyes. the only thing is that i heard that they bleed and wash out after a few showers and you have to reapply which kinda sucks. i dont know what to do. my mom is advising not to bleach my hair especially cuz she thinks it will all fall out. what is the best option for my hair??

it normally takes about an hr to pop out of the orange stage and for most fine hair that is too much damage (hence why most asians have orange blonde not just blonde).

i woulnt use a manic panic or anything use a permanent blue dye (beauty supply store)

I know that the color does fade out in about a week but there are some better color dies out their so look around as far as your hair falling out i dont think it will.

i used raw

but the problem with raw is that when you take a shower, the dye runs down your face and stains your skin that color

so i tihk you should go for it
