Just make sure it is "water soluble" dye so it will wash out with soap and water!! Any water soluble type will do!!

i would suggested u call a hair salon, and ask them which temporary hair color would wash out the easiest without any damage to your hair.

To actually achieve the blue colour that your probably want, you will have to strip the colour from your hair (bleach) which will make the color harder to get rid of. There are some temporary colours such as Hothead http://www.kidzworld.com/site/p977.htm. It won't be as extreme as you are picturing, but not as permanent either.

ColourFX, sold in Boots and superdrug do a really good "intense colour spiking gel" with the added advantage of a UV glow - cost about 鎷? but the week before Christmas boots had a buy one get one free offer.

It depends upon the length of your hair as to how much you need to use. (mine is very short and only needs about 2-3 pea-sized blobs for all over colour) The brightest (very bright!) colour is achieved with blonde (or grey) hair. I have never had it run down my face although I have never braved it in more than a drizzle.

A hair mascara is also a good option but you will need 3 or four for all over coverage on long hair.

Go to Sally's Beauty Supply and ask the associates for help in getting your hair the right blue. They will help and it would look a whole lot better than store bought color. Because that stuff ruins your hair.
