I have seen some women who could pull that off, but to be honest not many can do it and still look hot. Maybe you are one of the few who can, but just from your description I cannot tell for sure.

vampish girls are damn hot, but you paint yourself to be masochist will no self-esteem who is screaming for attention. 17 piercings is overkill, and bloody painful -- ouch!

the hair can be quite cool if its cut well. you might have a really cute face, and an amazing body otherwise, but i just can't shake off the thoughts of whips and chains, which to me, is quite disturbing.

but honestly, no. I know enough guys to say that usually, they don't like overdone. and no offense but your look is overdone and too punkish. tan is good, but 17 piercings and blue/pink hair isnt. maybe you can dye it a natural dark brown and add a few pink or blue streaks if you like unnatural color. let a few of your piercings close up; for you, I'd suggest 2 or 3 on each earlobe, 1 cartilage, maybe a tragus (although personally, they're not my style) and a small diamond on the nose. You'll be kind of punkish but still pretty, and balance is everything.
