Go to the beauty supply store and add a dye with a orange base, or mix one with a red and yellow base. That will neutralize her hair back to brown. Go to Sally beaty supply or a beauty supply store that you can see what the "BASE" is. If not get a black rinse or semi-permanent from the drugstore they usually have them in the hair aisle. Because if you try to put another color that has a different base she'll get another funky color! (For instance a brown dye with a red base will turn her hair purple) Otherwise, she'll be wearing a hat! Good luck!

These tricks remove green stains (like from chlorine)

Baking soda - Baking soda mixed with regular shampoo makes a paste that can remove green hair stains. Apply the paste liberally and let it on for five minutes. Rinse with cold water.

Try the aspirin and white vinegar trick. Rinse your hair in this mixture and remember to condition well after.

There isn't a way. It will fade out naturally, or if it's kool-aid will have to grow out. She could put it up, and then put a hat on..unless it's school of course...
