after a week i went for bright blue high light and they ended up BEEN GOLD.... everything else turn blue the hairstylist hands and arms and my head even ended up blue but not the hair.....why might that be?

Unless you bleach your hair first, the blue won't be visible but under direct light....

Could be different things. Was your hair already permed or color treated? I know those things, as well as certain medications can interact with hair color...or I was told that by a cosmetologist.

did you use hair henna because that can happen if you use hair henna
