What are some good Dark Blue Hair Dye brands?

I want to dye my hair a dark blue (it's currently a natural black) and I'm planning on bleaching it. I want to find a good dark blue color to dye my hair with (Semi-permanent).

Any suggestions on bleach brands would be lovely too.

i have very dark hair and i beached it, then i colored it with manic panic midnight. its been more than a week and the color has faded, but not completely, but my experience with this shades are like this all the time, I've tried everything and this seems to be the best...
