You're going to have to strip it or bleach it and then put a toner -a tint close to your original color -over it. The blue dye will wash out a lot because there is no peroxide or pigment in it. Just go to you're local beauty supply store and they'll give you the right stuff for the job. Trust me I do it all the time to my self.

bleach it again, but if she just did it, you can wash your hair with dish soap to get the extra dye out.

There aren't too many blue permanent dyes out there. I would wash it a couple of times, and see if it starts to come out. If not, you can use a blonde dye, but make sure to cut your hair afterwards and use a good conditioner. She probably had to strip your hair to get the color in and dying it blonde will cause some damage. Good luck.

First of all, dump her! She just committed fashion suicide on your hair! Blue and blonde? EWW! Second, go to a salon. My fave is Regis, they can fix any....ummm, disaster. Have them re-dye your hair with a color closest to your natural blonde hair and see how it goes. If they do it right, your hair should be studly. If they do it wrong, your hair will be green with blonde streaks and your hair will look like a giant booger. EWW! But don't worry, they won't do it wrong! They are fab at Regis! Hope this helps!

Go to a hair salon and ask for the stuff that takes out all the color from your hair - so essentially it plain white and then wait a couple of days -whatever it says - and then color your hair blonde again.
