Anime characters with light blue hair?

I'm soon to be getting my hair dyed and as much as I was hoping to get it bleached to white, I'm starting to lean more towards a really light blue. I'm also hoping to get my first cosplay outfit sometimes this year and was wondering what some good Anime characters are that have light blue (or white, if I still go that direction) hair. I'm also into EGL (Elegant Gothic Lolita), so worse comes to worse I can make either colour work with that.

I'm trying to grow my hair out, so Rei from Evangelion (as depicted in those photos) wouldn't work since she has short hair....
