Do it yourself. Go to Sally Beauty Supply or another beauty supply store in your area. Buy some bleach, developer, and blue dye. Follow the instructions to first bleach your hair then add the blue. You'll be fine. It will cost less than $20.

GO FOR IT. You're only young once. Seriously. When you're older, you'll wish you did something like that when it was acceptable.

I think you should go for it...It's always better to do it in a Salon but if you want to do it by yourself I think you could do it for cheap...maybe less then 25 dollars!

Your black color is not going to bleach. Sorry, hun. Black is the toughest artificial color to get out of hair. Don't waste your money. You can find pieces to weave in though, like extensions, and it could look cool.

In about a year, if you don't color it again, you might be able to bleach it - enough of the artificial may have faded out.
