Here are some pictures of me, I have very dark hair, Light Skin and blue/green eyes with golden flecks in them. I am sick of looking washed out and sick of seeing dark circles under my eyes. Excuse my ridiculous pictures!

My suggestion is to go to a department store on different days and get a makeover from each cosmetic brand consultant. Figure out what you like best and make your decision from there. If I had to take a guess.. I would start adding warmth to your face since you have darker hair.. use a yellow foundation base.. and bronzer.. your under eye circles are not bad!! They always seem to be that way but continue to hydrate and use a good under eye cream and concealer..
