Blue hair toner?

i just got my hair done today ive been trying to get to a blonde color. im almost there but there are some orange parts, if i go buy some blue toner from sally beauty can i just do it myself????

if you got it done in the salon, you wanna go back there and ask redo. if you do it your self, you gatta make the orange part lighter. of course you can use blue toner later to cast out yellow.
