Ok, I am looking at basically the Hot Topic brands(Stellar, Raw, etc.) Which ones actually work...and stay? I just dyed my hair light blonde, not the lightest, but enough, and I want my tips blue...but I want a color that won't fade after a week...is this at all possible with blue? Please help me.

I have never done this myself but I am obbssessed with my hair so I remember everything about hair I hear and I know that people use jello for hair dye. so maybe blue is raspberry?
