i want my hair electric black/ blue. kinda like the L'Oreal Color Pulse Electric Black temporary dye. where can i get this color except permanently. it looks blue in the sun and in light but is black indoors.

Oh and also. I'm sure Rachel is just sad cause shes a brunette. she will NEVER be blond, and that's why she is mad. there are 432354365565632 of beautiful brunettes, but shes one of the very few that are ugly (inside AND out!)
