need help finding a great way to do eye makeup( almond shaped average size eyes, light crystal blue). and help with my hair i can't decide whether or not to get bangs and how to style.(brown, medium curly, frizzy, round almost oval face, style needs to be easy and quick)

all you really need for frizzy curly hair is a little bit of gel and hairspray, and dont get bangs because the shorter the hair the curlier it will be if you do make sure that they are long so it doesnt spring up as much
