I am going to prom in a black dress with red flowers all over it and I want to dye my hair back to blue (it is black right now), would this be completely a wrong decision to have blue hair with a black and red dress or do you think it would be fine?

To put it bluntly blue hair doesn't go with anything. You will end up looking back on your yearbook and regretting the decision. I regret wearing a dress that I thought looked great on me only to find that the darts were all off.
