it will take awhile for your hair to be blonde enough to have the blue show up brightly since your hair is dark. ( I use to dye my hair different colors all the time and I have really dark hair) It depends where you go ( If they do it well), be careful what dye you use too, some dyes will come right out and give you that gray looking color.when I went it get it done it was about 25 dollars but it could be a bit more. And it will turn that gray blonde color at the end sadly :(

Hi,

Blue, or any of the fashion vibrant colors will eventually fade out of your hair. How quickly they fade will depend on a number of factors: the quality of the color product, the condition of your hair (ie. how porous it - the more you have processed it with colors and other chemicals the more porous it will be), how often you shampoo and the type of shampoo and conditioner you use.

The cost will vary depending on where you live and the salon. Where I work, foils start at $40.
