Permeate Sky Blue Hair Dye?

i wanna do the front of my hair a sky blue ... like have streaks in it... but i cant find any sky blue.... does any one know where i can find permeate sky blue... and my hair is black so would i have to bleach it first? also where can i find some hott pink hair dye permeate? my friend wants hers that and im gonna put 1 streak of it in mine and shes puttin a blue streak in hers...=] so please help .. Thanks

Manic panic is a popular brand but it washes out oober fast so I wouldnt suggest getting it.

I used color fiend (you can but it at hottopic or sallys beauty supply) not that long ago and it worked wonders. it still looks good.

Your probably going to have to buy bleach too, almost everyone does even if they have dark blonde (and you have black)

And make sure to hold onto the dye when your done using it because itll eventually wash out your going to want to re-dye it.
